Flavor: Traditional and Sweet Spicy
Ingredients of Traditional Flavor: Shiitake mushroom stem (80%), vegetable oil, salt, sugar
Ingredients of Sweet Spicy Flavor: Shiitake mushroom stem (80%), vegetable oil, salt, sugar, chill, lemongrass, garlic, ginger
Packaging: Jar or Vacuum bag
Unit weight: Net/ Gross weight: 100 gram/ 250 gram per unit; 200 gram/460 gram per unit
Expiration date: 12 months for jar and 6 months for vacuum bag in normal room temperature
Preservation: After opening, keep at 8-10℃
Best time for use: Within 15 first days after opening
(2) Mushroom Sausage
Ingredients: Oyster mushroom (55%), white wood ear (25%), pepper, salt, vegetable oil
