1. History of company
Established since 23/01/2015, Rubik Joint Stock Company has distributed ingredients, accessories, machines, equipment for dessert (baking)/coffee and milk tea industries. Rubik’s target customers are confection manufactories, bakeries/cafeterias/milk tea houses in Central Highlands, Southern Central and the South of Vietnam.
The company’s head office is located in HCMC while other two branches are operated in Quy Nhon City and Phan Rang City.
Rubik is currently the exclusive distributor in the South of Vietnam for Farina Food Join Stock Company (www.farina.com.vn); authorized distributor of Honoroad Vietnam; exclusive distributor of Hoang Lam Food Commerce and Technology Joint Stock Company (www.holadfoods.com.vn) in the Southern Central of Vietnam; distributor of Develing International Vietnam Limited Company; dealer of Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC) and many other well known brands.

Rubik provides ingredients, machines and equipment in dessert (baking), coffee and milk tea industries.
– Pre-Mixed flour (sponge cake, cupcake, muffin, mochi bread…);

Rubik is the exclusive distributor for some products so the company is granted an advantage in the market.
Rubik deals directly with manufacturers and importers in the industrial segment so the price is very competitive comparing with competitors.
Applying technology (e.g. ERP, CRM, automation…) in business operation helps Rubik deal directly with whole-sale end-users including bakeries and cafeterias without intermediate parties. Therefore, the company has an advantage of:
